Rao is the Data and AI Practice Lead for Accenture North America and the Global Client Account Lead for a large consumer goods Diamond Client with over 25 years of experience in leading consulting and digital transformations.
Prior to his current role, he was the CG&S Industry Sector Lead North America. He also led Accenture's Consumer Goods and Retail Industry practices across Europe in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany from 2009-2018. His clients were global leaders in food, home and personal care, alcoholic beverages, life sciences, automotive, and more.
Rao's contributions to the CG&S industry are widely recognized, particularly for his scale tech-enabled business transformation programs. He is a regular contributor to the Consumer Brand Association, Consumer Goods Forum, and other industry network organizations, further solidifying his influence and expertise in the field.
Before Accenture, Rao worked at Hewlett Packard Co. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mysore and a Master in Business Administration from Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.

Sutherland leads the Public Sector strategy team for the Generative AI Innovation Center (GAIIC),with a focus on accelerating the successful deployment of Generative AI workloads for federal (including DoD and NatSec), SLG, FedFin, EDU, and NPO customers. The GAIIC works hands-on with customers to build proof of concepts as a step towards scalable deployments.
Before joining AWS, Sutherland was the CEO of AppTek – a neural network speech recognition and machine translation company in Virginia with multiple DoD/NatSec customers. Adam led the expansion within the government and into media and contact centers.
As Senior Vice President of Global Strategy and Business Development at National Geographic, Sutherland led global strategic and corporate development efforts across digital, publishing, travel, games, and commerce. Sutherland created and led the international expansion program. With Discovery Communications and Travel Channel, Sutherland led the strategic shift into new areas beyond television, including digital partnerships, M&A and the Travel Channel Academy. Prior to Discovery, Adam lived in Asia for 11 years, where he held several regional positions. Most recently, he was the Regional Managing Director for Nokia & IBM with Ogilvy & Mather, based in Singapore. Sutherland was also the Managing Director for Discovery Online Asia, worked with McKinsey & Company, and was Vice President of International for Encyclopedia Britannica.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Business Administration from the University of Illinois and an Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Austin currently manages a team of around 250 data scientists and developers in the Chief Data Office, applying AI, machine learning, and automation with applications across many areas of the company such as Fraud, Field Operations, Consumer, Security, Supply Chain, and Corporate Functions. His team has developed innovative solutions for largescale routing problems, implemented closed-loop AI classification systems and recommendation engines, operationalized computer vision, and improved process and people productivity by deploying an operating >3,000 BOTS company-wide.
With 29 years of experience, Dr. Austin has also held a variety of leadership and staff roles in running technology planning operations across South Florida, Puerto Rico and the Southeast U.S.
Dr. Austin has chaired various industry technical standards committees, is the co-author of five books, has published more than 20 reviewed technical papers, has been granted over 100 patents, and is on a number of advisory boards in academia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland (summa cum laude), a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and is the recipient of the Sigma Xi Thesis Award for his research on various topics related to optimizing cellular systems.

Kumar is the President of Technology at Slalom. As the leader of Slalom’s technology organization, Kumar is responsible for Slalom’s technology strategy and execution and leads a global team of practitioners to create and deliver end-to-end solutions to drive actionable results and long-term impact for clients. He also oversees Slalom’s partner organization, fostering award-winning partnerships with over 700 industry-leading and emerging technology and cloud providers.
Over his nearly 30-year career in technology consulting and leadership, Kumar has utilized his software engineering education and experience to guide C-suite clients and boards in selecting the right investments to realize business impact quickly and the bold vision to drive true change. Since joining Slalom in 2005, Kumar has been instrumental in growing Slalom’s global technology business by creating a platform to scale and deliver specialized technology expertise to the company’s global client base. As an adjunct professor at various universities and a member of Arizona State University's Board of Advisors, Dr. Almasan is committed to preparing the next generation to meet the future's skillset needs and demands. He focuses on employee cross-training and actively engages in teaching and mentoring students in the field.
